When requesting secure shipping, please select track and sign. Otherwise, shipping is at buyers own risk and discretion.

Does Shipping Include Tracking
Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you require tracking please opt for one of the tracked service options available, such as Track and Sign.

Non Receipt Of Delivery 
For your own piece of mind and security, it is highly recommended to choose a track and sign method of shipping, which does in general provide limited insurance on your purchases. Any other shipping option chosen, is at customers choice and risk, with no refund option available. All items have a Proof Of Delivery receipt, which you may request to claim through the British Royal Mail for a purchase refund. Exclusions apply. For track and signed inclusive and excluded items, please enquire before purchase.

Customs and Import Taxes 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Returns and Exchanges 
We gladly accept returns 
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery 
Ship items back to us within: 21 days of delivery 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping / postage payments / charges, which are non refundable. 
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations 
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

The Following Items Can't Be Returnded Or Exchanged 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: 
* Custom or personalized orders 
* Perishable products (like food or flowers) 
* Digital downloads 
* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 

Conditions of return 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
