Returning or exchanging items bought online
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund. You have up to 45 days to return items purchased at miteigi.

The "right to regret" online purchase within 7 days is applicable. You may request a refund upto and including 7 days from date and time of purchase and 7 days from receiving purchase.
To Return An Item By Mail
1.Get your invoice ready
To begin your return, have your original invoice ready for inclusion in your return package. Make or keep a copy of your original invoice for your records.
2.Prepare your package
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
- Ship it
When your package is ready, do one of the following:
- For general Postal Service, go to your nearest post office.
- For UPS, drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
What happens next?
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
I Received An Item As A Gift
Gifts returned with gift receipt (invoice) will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt (invoice) will receive a merchandise certificate by mail in the amount of the current selling price.
How Long Does It Take To Return Or Exchange An Item I Bought Online
Within 45 days of purchase by mail. To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received by us within 45 days of ordering. Please allow at least 5-9 days for return mail.
How Can I Receive A Refund For My Order
Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase.
Are There Limitations On Receiving A Refund
The following items are not exchangeable refundable;
Swimwear, Underwear, Food products (dried or otherwise), Cosmetics, Custom made & Sunglasses.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased online between Nov 1st and Dec 24th may be returned by Jan 15th, or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. For those online items returned by mail, these must be received by us by Jan 15th, or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. Please allow 5-9 days for return mail. Proof of purchase is required.
